Refund policy

Cancelled or Returned Orders:
Please e-mail us at sales@alexanderglobal.com or call us at (425) 637-0610 if you wish to cancel or return an order. We must be notified within 14 days if you wish to return an item. If you wish to cancel or return an order, there is a $10 cancellation/restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from notification of return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items:
If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, box and label it was shipped with. We will put in a claim for your item(s) and send a replacement if one is available, or issue a refund if we are out of stock. All claims must be made within 14 days from the date your order was placed. If you contact us after 14 days, we will not be able to send a replacement.

***Most of our items are hand-crafted and hand-painted and a variance of resin mold, paint application and slight imperfections should be expected. 

***Please be careful when unwrapping/unpackaging your item. They are fragile and can become damaged if forcible handled.
